Training Terms & Conditions

1. Course Registration & Payment​

• Registrations are confirmed once full payment has been received.​
• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.​
  

2. Cancellations & Refunds​

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund.​
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable.​
• Substitutions are allowed—another participant from your organisation may attend in your place at no extra cost if the registrant is unable to make it.​
  

3. Rescheduling & Changes​

• The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (including low enrolments). In such cases, participants may transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.​
• Course content, structure, or instructors may be updated without prior notice to ensure the most relevant and current learning experience.​

4. Course Delivery​

• All training sessions will be delivered online via a secure platform.​
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and required software for access.​
  

5. Intellectual Property​

• Course materials are provided for personal learning purposes only.​
• Materials must not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from the organiser or Citrix.​

6. Privacy​

• By registering, participants consent to their details being collected and used for the purposes of course administration, communication, and follow-up by CXANZ, Citrix, Dicker Data (privacy policy: https://www.dickerdata.com.au/privacy-policy) and any third-party organisations.​
  

7. Liability Disclaimer​

• While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, CXANZ and Citrix accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or issues arising from the application of skills learned during the course.​
• CXANZ and Citrix are not responsible for participant technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity, device compatibility, or software setup) that may impact attendance or participation.​
• Participants remain solely responsible for any changes they make within their own production or test environments based on course learnings.
