Meet the Team: Investing in Local Expertise Across New Zealand

CXANZ enhances its New Zealand presence with new hires, focusing on local expertise to support partners and customers in navigating complex technology landscapes.

At CXANZ, we know that strong technology outcomes are built on more than products alone. They come from trusted relationships, local knowledge, and access to people who understand the challenges organisations face every day.

As the technology landscape continues to evolve, having experienced local experts available to support partners and customers has never been more important. That's why we continue to invest in New Zealand, expanding our presence and building a team dedicated to helping organisations navigate everything from digital workspace transformation and cloud adoption to security, networking, and operational efficiency.

By combining local expertise with the scale and resources of the broader CXANZ organisation, we're able to deliver a high level of support while remaining closely connected to the unique needs of the New Zealand market.

"New Zealand is an important market for CXANZ. Our continued investment in local people reflects our commitment to supporting partners and customers with expertise that's both accessible and relevant to their unique business needs."

Kee Song, Business Unit Manager, CXANZ New Zealand

Whether it's helping partners identify new opportunities, supporting customer projects, providing technical guidance, or connecting organisations with the right vendor expertise, our goal is simple: make technology easier to navigate and more valuable for everyone we work with.

A Growing Presence in New Zealand

The New Zealand technology market is constantly evolving, and organisations are being asked to do more with less while balancing security, user experience, productivity, and business growth.

Having a team on the ground allows us to work more closely with partners and customers, respond quickly when support is needed, and develop a deeper understanding of local priorities and challenges.

At the same time, our New Zealand team is backed by a wider network of specialists across Australia, creating direct access to vendor expertise, technical resources, product management, and channel support. This combination of local presence and regional scale ensures organisations receive the best of both worlds.
